We have recently changed our billing processors, and due to some unforseen circumstances some of your accounts were not rebilled on time. To ensure that you were able to continue enjoying your subscriptions, all logins have remained active. We have now finished the integration, and any pending rebills will be charged this evening.

If you notice a charge for "INCPASS" on your statement, this is your monthly payment to the Incredible Pass.
